Click and Collect Policy

We are delighted to be trialing a new click and collect delivery OR pick-up service.

The way it works:

Once you have placed an order via our website, we will contact you by email to confirm when your parcel will be ready to collect. Collection will be from Crondall and will be made as simple and easy as possible, with contact free collection.. We will aim to have your parcel ready for you within two days.

Changes and Refunds:

Whilst we hope that you will love your items, we understand that occasionally you may need to change a size or return your items. All returns and changes in sizes will need to happen in one of our two stores. If you are wishing to try on a different size, please email us to inform us and we will have the size available for you in-store to facilitate a quick and easy swap.
