Returns + Exchanges


We will accept returns of our products within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please use the bag provided by us to return your goods.

You will receive an invoice as well as a returns form with your goods, please complete all the details on the returns form for each item you wish to return including the reason why. This feedback is useful for us so please ensure its filled out.

Please ensure you get a proof of postage from the Post Office when sending any items back, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind you might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery, but we regret we cannot refund this charge.

In the unfortunate event of goods being damaged upon receipt, we ask that they are returned for our inspection immediately. Under no circumstances must goods be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted them in their damaged condition. Before replacement goods or refunds can be issued, goods must be returned for our inspection and if necessary the goods may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. Postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed for justified damaged claims.

• If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference.
• If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment is needed.
• Replacement items will be sent to you free of P&P charges.
